Ingredients
1 Pound Lean Ground Sirloin1/2 Onion Chopped28 GM Treasure cave Reduced fat Blue Cheese Crumbles. Salt and Pepper
Directions
Mix beef, onions and salt and pepper. Form 8 very thin pattie. Divide Blue Cheese into four servings. Put cheese on four patties and cover with the other four. Grill and serve.

    They were good. They would have been better with lowfat american cheese. The recipe calls for too many onions. Still ok though. - 1/6/09
