Cabbage patch stew

Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds ground beef4 celery ribs, chopped1 medium onion, chopped7 cups chopped cabbage2 cans kidney beans1 28oz can diced tomatoes undrained3 cups beef broth from cubes1 15 oz can tomato sauce2 medium carrots1/2 teaspoon sugatpepper to taste
Directions
in a large saucepan or dutch oven, cook the beef, celery and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink and veggies are tender. add remaining ingredients, bring to a boil. reduce heat, cover and simmer for 1 hour or until cabbage and carrots are tender.
