1 c. Tropicana Lite n' Healthy Orange Juice1/2 c. StoneyField Farm low fat Vanilla Yogurt3/4 c. Mixed frozen fruit (Dole Brand)1 banana2 Packs of Emergen-C (very good with black cherry, among the other flavors)1 c. spinach4 tbs. walnuts
Directions
Smooth all ingredients in blender, until all fruit is chopped.

Pour into two large glasses, and enjoy the flow of vitamins and a healthy immune system!
