Blueberry Cornmeal Pancakes

1 cup all-purpose flour2 T. cornmeal1 T. sugar1 t. baking powder1/2 t. baking soda1/4 t. salt1/4 t. cinnamon1/4 c. egg beater1 c. milk1 T. lemon juice2 T. vegetable oil1 cup blueberries
Combine dry ingredients in a bowl. In another bowl, mix milk, lemon juice, oil and egg. Add to dry ingredients. Fold in blueberries. Pour 1/4 cup batter on hot griddle. Makes 12-14 pancakes, approximately 4 servings.
