Broccoli Tuna Casserole

Ingredients
1/2 Cup Whole Grain rice (uncooked)10 oz package of frozen broccoli1 can Campbell's Cheddar Cheese Soup (10.75 oz)3 Cups 2% Milk2 Starkist Chunk Light Tuna in Water (6.4 oz pouch)1 Large Egg1 Tbsp Jalapeno Peppers (diced)Salt and Pepper to Taste
Directions
Mix all ingredients together in bowl. Pour into casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until bubbling around edges. Makes 8 1-cup servings.
