Ingredients
3 each Pork Chops1 each Onion, yellow4 can Mushrooms, stems & pieces1 packet Lipton Onion Soup Packets1 can Soup, Cream of Mushroom
Directions
To Prepare for Group:
1. Divide out all ingredients into 12 pre labeled freezer bags.
2. Freeze Flat.


Cooking Day:
1. Thaw.
2. Empty contents into greased slow cooker with 1/4 cup of water.
3. Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours.
