Ingredients
1 green pepper1 pkg of green onions1 stalk of celeryapprox. 3 Tbsp low-fat mayolemon pepper to tastelarge can of chicken breast in water
Directions
Dump chicken in bowl and add sm portions of 1st three ingredients, add mayo and a light sprinkle of lemon pepper. Add more of top three ingredients to taste. Serve as a dip with crackers, chips, triscuts, pretzels, etc, or on a sandwhich.
