TOMATO BEEF STEW

Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs stewing beef1 lb. baby carrots or whole carrots diced4 med. red potatoes diced1 large can diced tomatoes1/2 can water
Directions
Salt and pepper cubes of beef and sear in frying pan.
Add to crock pot and cook on high about 10 minutes.
Add carrots, potatoes, tomatoes and water. Season to taste. Cook 2-3 hours or according to your crock pot directions.
