Ingredients
1 lb. ground beef1 1/2 cups brown rice in the pot1/2 cup rice mixed with beefCarrotsCeleryCabbageOnionCuminOreganoFresh GarliceGarlic salt or powder8 beef bouillon cubes2 tsp. chicken bouillon16 cups water
Directions
Mix beef, 1/2 cup rice, cumin, oregano, garlic, garlic salt and pepper into meatballs.
boil water with bouillon. Add all the veggies and meatballs. Boil then simmer up to 2 hours for taste.
