Karen's Sweet & Savory Chicken

Chicken Breast, no skin, 8 ouncesLime Juice, .5 limeGarlic, 6 tspYogurt, fat free plain, 3 ozTumeric, .75 tspCumin seed, .75 tspMustard seed, yellow, .75 tspCurry powder, 1 tspOlive Oil, 1 tbspCarrots, raw, .75 cup, choppedPeppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 medium, choppedOnions, raw, .5 medium, choppedPeas, frozen, 1 cupRaisins, .25 cupCrushed red pepper (Optional)
Cut chicken into cubes, squeeze lime juice over the chicken, add garlic, yogurt, tumeric, cumin, powdered mustard, and curry powder. Add salt and pepper to taste. Toss well so the chicken and seasonings are well mixed. Marinade and chill for 30 minutes.
Heat oil in a medium skillet. Add chicken, but reserve the marinade. Saute on med/high heat chicken for 5 minutes, then add carrots. Saute for 5 minutes, then add peppers and onion. Add remaining marinade, reduce heat to med/low and cover. Simmer for 10 minutes covered. Add frozen peas, raisins, and crushed red pepper. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
Serve over pasta.
