Vegetarian Italian Meatballs

Ingredients
1/2 c shredded cheese1/2 cup pecan meal4 eggs or egg substitute, slightly beaten1/4 c onions, chopped1 c cracker or bread crumbs1/2 tsp garlic powder1 tsp salt
Directions
Mix all ingredients. Drop on greased cookie sheet. Bake @ 350 for 8 min.

I make this with spagetti and even though the recipe is for meatballs, I prefer to cook it and them crumble it up and put in in spagetti sauce. It tastes like real meatballs that way. It doesn't taste as good when it is made into meatballs.
