Banana snack cake--no sugar added

Ingredients
2 mashed bananas1 egg1 tbsp. Smart Balance buttery spread2 tsp. vanilla1 tsp. cinnamon1/2 tsp. nutmeg1 1/2 c. oats, quick3/4 c. wheat bran1 tsp. baking powder1 tsp. baking soda1/4 c. raw unsalted sunflower kernels1/3 c. craisins
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
Mash bananas, mix in egg, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and melted Smart Balance. Add rest of ingredients.

Pat down into 8x8 greased pan and bake for about 15 minutes.
Note: If you want, you can toast the sunflower kernels over the stovetop in a dry pan before adding.
