Mushroom Vggie Beef Pasta

6 oz. Dreamfield's Rotini noodles (dry)1/2 lb. extra lean ground beef1 bag Bird's Eye Steam Fresh Broccoli, Carrots, Sugar Snap Peas, and Water Chestnuts2 cans lowfat cream of mushroom soup100 grams red potato, baked & diced1 medium slice onion, diced1/2 soup can of water1 can mushroom pieces & stems, undrained
Makes 4 1/2 2 cup servings
Boil pasta as directed on box. While boiling, brown ground beef in skillet and cook Bird's Eye Veggies in microwave.
When beef is almost finished browning, add potatoes and onion, cook until tender.
Drain pasta, then add soup, water, and mushrooms to pasta pot. Heat throroughly, then stir in ground beef mixture and pasta.
