Rosemary Lemon chicken

Ingredients
2 chicken breasts, skin & bone removed1 Tbsp olive oilZest & juice of 1/2 lemon1 clove minced garlic1 tsp paprika1 Tbsp dried rosemary1/4 tsp salt
Directions
Combine ingredients, except for chicken, in small bowl. Rub over chicken & marinate for 2 hours. Grill on Foreman-style grill according to appliance directions (approx 7-8 minutes). Serves 4 (3.5 oz servings)

    Have had chicken like this before, simple and tasty. You could also slice the chicken into pieces and stir fry. - 12/15/08
