Easy black beans and rice

Ingredients
1 can of black beans, undrained1 can diced tomatoes (with Italian seasoning)1 1/2 cups uncooked instant brown rice1 medium oniongarlic powder and oregano to taste
Directions
Cook diced onion in large pan until tender (I spray the pan with Pam to save on fat). Add beans, tomatoes, oregano and garlic powder. Bring to a boil; stir in rice. Cover; reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes. Remove from heat; let stand 5 minutes before serving.
