Lower in Fat Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients
2 tbsp creamy peanut butter1 tbsp unsweetened applesauce1 egg1oo gr. granulated sugar1 cup whole wheat flour1 tsp baking powder
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F Line a cookie sheet with a cooking paper.
Mix together the flour and the baking powder.
Pour the peanut butter, the applesauce, the egg and the sugar in the blender and blend about a minute until it's creamy. Stir in the flour mixture. Stir well with a wooden spoon. Drop by a teaspoonfuls onto the prepared baking sheet. Bake about 10-15 minutes. Cool on a wire rack about 5 minutes, then enjoy.
