nacho gravy

Ingredients
2 T butter2 T white Flour1 1/2 cup milk1/2 cup blended nacho peppers with a little juice ( i ususlly blend the whole bottle and use as a taco sause for flavor on many things- it's a bit spicy so adjust for your taste)4 oz chedar cheese grated
Directions
Melt butter in a sause pan add flour to make a rue. add milk and blended peppers stir till thick over medium heat. add cheese and stir till melted. serve over toast for a south of the boarder breakfast. serving size appx 1/3 cup
