Brownie in a Mug

Ingredients
4 tbsp Flour3 tbsp Sugar2 tbsp Cocoa Powder- Not the drinking kind.2 tbsp Semi-Skimmed2 tbsp WaterDash Salt
Directions
Mix ingredients thoroughly- don't leave any dry flour at the bottom.

Cook on high for 1 min in an 800 watt microwave. The top should be slightly liquid- like a chocolate sauce!

Fills 1 mug.

    NOT a fan of this recipe. Very strange consistency, and the flavor was that of pure baking cocoa...not chocolately at all. Some vanilla ice cream on top might have masked the strange flavor/texture a bit...but I've definitely had better microwave cake/brownie recipes. - 9/12/11

    I just made this. It tastes chocolatey, so I'll give it that. It's rather rubbery in texture though, weird. Also, make sure to get any lumps out, because those don't go away, as I'm finding lumps of cocoa in my mug. Probably better with ice cream! - 6/25/11
