Banana Cake, Petitechef's, no frosting, 1/24

Ingredients
2 ripe medium bananas3/4 cup raw cane sugar2 T almond milk2 large eggs1/2 cup canola oil1 tsp lemon extract1 tsp vanilla2 cups spelt flour1 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp salt
Directions
Pre-heat oven at 350F. MIx everything but the dry ingredients. Then gradually incorporate the dry ingredients. Pour into a parchment lined 9x13" pan. Bake until firm and golden.
