Ingredients
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice,1 tsp Garlic, 1 tsp Onion powder1 tbsp Olive Oil, 2 Pork chops , boneless, , excluding refuse
Directions
Heat skillet Med-high. Add Olive Oil, onion powder, garlic and Lemon juice. Mix Well

Add pork Chops- sear 1 side for 2 minutes. Flip, cover and put in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Remove from oven; let sit 5 -10 minutes
