Bourbon Balls

Ingredients
* 1 cup vanilla wafers * 1 cup chopped pecans * 1 cup powdered sugar * 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa * 2 tablespoons light corn syrup * 1/4 cup bourbon or rum
Directions
To make dough: Use food processor to finely crush vanilla wafers and pecans. In mixing bowl, use electric mixer on medium-speed to combine powdered sugar, cocoa, corn syrup and bourbon. Add crushed wafers and pecans. Mix until well combined.
To shape: Using hands, roll mixture into 1-inch balls. Roll balls in granulated sugar.
To store: Place in airtight containers. Refrigerate.
