Chicken Chili Verde

2 cooked chicken half breasts, sliced thin1 - 10oz can green enchilada sauce2 tbls chopped onion1/4 C chopped cilantro1 C water1 jalapeno, chopped (more if you like!!)2 cups cooked rice
Combine chicken, sauce, onion, cilantro, water and jalapeno in saucepan, simmer about half an hour, season to taste, pour over cooked rice. Serves 2
