Bisquick Bacon Quiche

Ingredients
1/2 c Bisquick4 eggs1/2 bacon, cooked & choppeddash of salt2 c non-fat milk1 small onion, sauteed2 c Swiss cheese, grated1 tsp parslely flakes
Directions
Preheat oven to 350.

Mix Bisquick, milk, eggs, onion and seasonings by wire wisk or blender. Fold in bacon and cheese.

Pour into lightly greased pie plate or muffin tins. Quiche will form its own crust.

Baking time
Pie plate - 40-45 minutes
Muffin tin - 20-25 minutes

Makes 8 servings
Serving equals 1 slice of quiche or 2.5 muffin size quiches.

Options: Use 1/2 lb ham or seafood in place of bacon.
