Easy Black Beans and Rice

Ingredients
1-2 cups Cooked white rice1 Can of black beans0.5 cup Salsa (any hotness desired)0.5 cup Roasted red peppersdash cuminonions, to taste
Directions
Drain half of liquid off black beans, put into pot.
Add salsa
Add roasted red peppers
Cook over medium heat until boiling, then reduce heat
Add cumin and onions (add jalapenos or other hot peppers if desired)
Stir thoroughly, cook until fully heated through
Serve with 2 tbsp fat free sour cream as garnish, if desired.
Each serving is approximately 1 cup.
