Cranberry Apple Walnut Salad

Ingredients
Romaine LettuceDried CranberriesGranny Smith Apples (sliced)Walnuts (chopped)Blue Cheese (optional)Serve with your favorite fruity vinaigrette - I like Litehouse brand Huckleberry Vinaigrette.
Directions
Chop romaine, walnuts and blue cheese and add to salad bowl. Add dried cranberries and toss. Serve on shallow platter with sliced apples displayed over the top. Serve with a Huckleberry or Raspberry Vinaigrette.
Makes aproximately 8 - 1 cup servings.
