Ingredients
(1)Two cups of water and One packet of dry onion mix - I used generic --or just 2 cups of v-8 juice(2)One 16 oz bag of frozen veggies - I used Stir-fry(3)One half of a boneless skinless chicken breast(4)Two jennie-o turkey burger patties - or ground turkey (I had it in my freezer)(5)One 16.5 ozcan of prepared black beans(6)One 28oz can of diced tomatoes(7)One medium cabbage cut the way you wish
Directions
Place the cut cabbage, onion mix, and diced tomatoes (draned if you wish) in a medium to large pot and bring to a simmer. Simmer on low heat. Cook the meats on a George Forman type grill or sautee with water - or cooking spray. Once the meats are cooked dice then, add the rest of the ingredients in to the pot and continue to simmer for at least 25 minutes or until you like your cabbage. (the meat is already cooked so you're simmering long enough to the stir-fry veggies don't take long to cook)

You can use any lean meats or veggies...
