1 cup cucumber - diced1 tablespoon fresh orange juice1/2 cup orange sections - chopped1/4cup red onion2 tablespoons jalapeno peppers - finely chopped1 tablespoon white wine vinegar2 teaspoons olive oil1/4 teaspoon salt1/8 teaspoon pepper
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a bowl; stir well. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
