Ceasar Salad Vinagrette

Ingredients
0.5-3 cloves of garlic, minceddash of saltdash and a half of rough ground black pepper1 tbsp of anchovy paste1 tbsp of dijon mustard1 tbsp of worcestershire saucejuice of 1/2-1 lemon1/2 cup red wine vinegar1 cup olive oil
Directions
Mince garlic and put in a small bowl with salt and pepper. Mash all three together with a spoon. Add the anchovies in the form of paste, about a tbsp. Mix together. Add Dijon and Worcestershire sauce and whisk. Add lemon juice, red wine vinegar and whisk. Add olive oil and whisk until combined. Serve over a large box of organic greens!
