Garlic Ginger Chicken with Green Beans

Ingredients
6-8 boneless, skinless Chicken Thighs, cut into bite sized pieces4 cloves of garlic, chopped1 large onion, sliced1 teaspoon fresh Ginger, finely minced1 lb. Green Beans, cut into 1 inch lengthFresh Basil leaves, as much or as little as you have or want (I used lots, about a cup full of leaves, left whole)1 tsp soy sauce1 cup waterDash of White Pepper4 Tablespoons Oil
Directions
Heat the oil in a wok and stir fry the onions and garli****il fragrant, about 1 minute. Add the chicken and ginger and stir fry until the chicken pieces have taken on some color and are almost cooked. Add the green beans and oyster sauce, stir fry for a minute and add the water. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Stir in the basil leaves and white pepper and remove from the heat. Serve over rice.
