Polente Tamale Pie

Ingredients
Polenta sliced into pieces2 cans of black beans, drained1 can of corn, drained1 can diced tomatoescuminsalt peperSharp Cheddar Cheese
Directions
Line the bottom of a pie pan with the polenta. Mix beans, corn, tomatoes and spices in a bowl. Pour into pie pan. Top with Cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
