three cheese lasagna with meat sauce

Ingredients
1Lb. lean ground beef, browned1 16 oz. pkg. Whole wheat lasagna noodles16 oz. Part Skim Ricotta cheese2 large eggs2 cups fresh mushroom slices5 cups spaggetti sauce1 cup grated parmesean cheese8 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions
Mix eggs and riccotta. Cook pasta in 3 to 4 boilling water until aldente. Pour 1 cup of sauce in the bottom of a deep 9"x 13" pan and top with 3 noodles, spread 1/3 of the riccotta mixture over the noodles and top with 1/4 of each of the other 2 cheeses 1/4 of the ground beef 1 cup of sauce and top with 3 more noddles; do this 2 more times and top with the remaining cup of sauce and the remaining meat and cheeses. Bake in a 350 degree oven for about an hour. let stand 15 min and cut into 8 servings.
