Suet Pudding

Ingredients
1 cup Suet (or 3/4 cup Lard Subsitute)rasins (ground)flourcinnamonclovesallispicenutmegsodasalt
Directions
Put suet, than rasins through grinder. Mix Suet and raisins. Sift flour, cinnamon, cloves, allspice, nutmeg, baking soda and salt together, adding to suet and raisins. Combine Milk and vinegar to create sour milke. Add to mixture. Add molasses. Take mixture and spread through 3 1-quart containser (1/2 full). Steam for 3 hours.
