Fruit Salad with Cinnamon Date Sauce (Raw & Gluten Free)

Ingredients
1 apple1 orange 1 banana 1/2 tsp cinnamon
6 medjool dates, pitted1 tsp vanilla
pinch of salt
water
1 tbsp chopped walnuts (optional)
Directions
1. Cut fruits into bite-sized pieces and place in a bowl. Top with nuts, if desired.
2. In a blender puree dates, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt. Slowly add enough water until sauce forms to a gravy-like consistency.

3. Pour sauce over fruit and mix.
