Morning Smoothie

Ingredients
1/2 cup canned pineapple chunks in juice2 Tbsp juice from can1/4 cup non-fat cottage cheese1 cup non-fat, plain yogurt1 tsp honey1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
Combine ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Great recipe if you have a Magic Bullet or other single server blender... blend right in the drinking cups.
