Cold Oven Pound Cake

Ingredients
3 cups of sugar2 sticks of unsalted butter4 large eggs1/2 cup canola oil1 cup of milk1/2 teaspoon salt3 cups of flour1 tsp. vanilla extract1 tsp. almond extract
Directions
** DO NOT PREHEAT THE OVEN!**
Cream sugar and butter till fluffy. Add eggs one at a time. Beating after each egg. Pour in canola oil. Mix. Add half the flour with the salt. Beat. Add milk then remaining flour. Continue beating, add the vanilla and almond extract. Beat till smooth and fluffy. Pour into a large tube pan. Bake at 300 for 1 hour. Bake at 325 for an additional 25 - 30 minutes. Cool in pan for 15 minutes. Remove and continue to cool on wire rack
Bake 1 hour at 300 then increase oven temp to 325 and bake an additional 25 -30 minutes.
