baked pork chops

Ingredients
5 pork chops lean 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp. season salt or other seasoning 2 eggs beaten 1/2 cup flour 1 cup italian bread crumbs non stick cook spray 1 cup 2 % milk 1 can ( 1/2 cup) shitake mushrooms
Directions
preheat oven to 350 degreesF(175 degrees C). rinse chops and pat dry seaon to taste ( i used garlic powderand season salt ).coat lightly in flour , dip in egg and coat with bread crumbs .
heat oil in skillet and brown med hi heat 5 min each side . place in baking pan pour milk soup mixture over top , cover with foil and cover with foil .
