Italian Zucchini Quiche

Ingredients
4 c. zucchini, shredded10 green onions, thinly sliced1 c. fresh parsley, chopped1 t. salt1/2 t. dried whole basil1/2 t. dried whole oregano1/2 t. garlic powder8 beaten eggs8 oz. reduced fat monterey jack cheese, shredded
Directions
Spray a large skillet with Pam, saute zucchini and onion until tender. Stir in parsley, salt, garlic powder, basil and oregano. Combine eggs and cheese in separate bowl, add to vegetables. Spray a 9 inch pie plate with Pam, pour egg and veggie mixture into pie plate. Bake at 375* for 20 minutes or until set.
