Italian Chicken & Pasta

4 Chicken Breasts, bonesless, skinless.4 cups Marina sauce.4 cups of wheat spaghetti or wheat pasta.
Fry chicken breasts without oils in a large teflon skillet for 30 minutes or until golden brown on outside and white through out the meat.
Boil pasta in a large pot until tender and pour into collander to drain excess starches and water.
Heat marina sauce on stove top to desired temperature.
Prepare the plate by adding one cup of the cooked pasta, placing the chicken breast on top of the pasta, and pouring one cup of the marina sauce over the chicken and pasta.
This is very filling and delightfully delicious, as well as healthy.
May be served with a side portion of wheat bread or wheat toast with a small swab of butter if necessary.
