Sugar Free Apple Cranberry Crisp

Ingredients
3 cups cubed Granny Smith apple (about 1 lb)2 cups fresh cranberries1/2 cup Splenda1 t. olive oil1 cup old fashioned oatmeal 1/4 cup Splenda (optional)1 t. cinnamon 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine the first 3 ingredients in a medium bowl, spoon into an 8X8 inch baking dish (or pie plate) coating w 1 t. olive oil (you can substitute cooking spray.) Combine oatmeal, cinnamon, applesauce, and additional Splenda if desired. Stir with a fork until crumbly. Sprinkle over the apple mixture. Bake 40 minutes or until topping is golden brown.

Serve warm or cold with sweetened plain yogurt. (Yogurt not included in nutritional calculations.)
