Shredded chicken bbq sandwiches

Ingredients
5, chicken breasts (boneless skinless)8 Whole wheat hamburger buns8 oz tomato sauce3 tbs cider vinegar2 tbs honey1 tbs paprika1 tbs tomato paste1 tbs worcestershire sauce2 tsp dry mustard1 tsp chile powder1/2 tsp salt
Directions
Mix all ingrediants in crock pot, and whisk

add chicken breasts cut into thirds

Leave on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours

Shred the chicken an hour before done with a fork, and leave lid off

(may be done sooner)
