Lamb and Lentil Stew

Ingredients
2 cups dried lentils8 oz lamb, cut into 1/2" cubes1 can stewed tomatoes1 cup onion, chopped1 cup carrot, chopped1 cup celery, chopped (I like the leafy core)3 cloves garlic, minced1 package frozen spinach, water squeezed out1 tbls curry powder2 tbls chili powder1 bay leaf1tsp crushed rosemary1 tbls grill seasoning2 tbls peanut butter2 tbls apricot all fruit spread8 cups water
Directions
Throw everything in a crockpot and set on low. Cook for 6-8 hours. Dinner will be done when you get home!
