Slow Cooked Curry Cabbage

Cabbage, 6 cups choppedCarrots, 1.5 cups chopped or use the coinsOnions .5 chopped, add more if you likeApple, 1 small cored and choppedTomatoes, 1 large can chopped with juiceTomatoes, 1 small can chopped with green chiles or jalapenos if you want something spicer with juiceWater, use the large tomate can to get some water from the tap
1. Chop all veggies and apple and add them to your slow cooker and mix.
2. Pour the canned tomatoes with juices over the veggies. Add the water.
3. Add the curry paste and mix into the tomatoes.
4. Set to high and leave for 4 hours.
5. Makes 8 - 1 cup servings. at 77 calories, 2.5 fat grams and 4.4 grams of fiber. Nice addition to a India meal or a main course.
