Multigrain Pancakes

1/2 cup all-purpose flour1/2 cup whole wheat flour1/2 cup quick cooking oats3 tsp. brown sugar1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder1/2 teaspoon salt1 cup skim milk1/4 cup yogurt with fruit, low fat1 large egg
Mix all dry ingredients together in a mixing bowl. Mix your wet ingredients together in another bowl, then add to the dry ingredients. Mix well. Spray griddle with cooking spray and heat. Drop by 1/4 cupfuls onto hot griddle. I use a cookie scoop. Cook about 3 minutes and then flip. If you like, sprinkle nuts or berries on the pancakes before flipping. Serve with hot maple syrup, yogurt or jam.
