Bean Soup

Ingredients
2 cups black beans (one can)2 cups kidney beans (one can)2 cups chicken or vegetable broth (one can)2 cups chopped stewed tomatoes (one can)1/2 red bell pepper, chopped1/2 yellow bell pepper, chopped1/2 orange bell pepper, chopped1 onion, chopped3 cloves garlic, chopped1 T. chili powder1 t. cumin
Directions
Put all items in a pot and bring to a boil. Simmer on low for 30-60 minutes or cook on low in a crock-pot for 6-8 hours.

Makes 6 one cup servings.

Good topped with shredded cheddar cheese and sour cream.
