Najla's Curry

Ingredients
2 TBSP butter or margarine5 cloves garlic, mashed1/4 cup flour2-3 teaspoons curry powder, to tastewater or liquid from canned vegetables1-2 bouillion cubes, either vegetable or chickensalt to taste (about 1 teaspoon)1-2 cans green beans, undrained1 can mixed vegetables, undrained1 can carrots, undrained5-6 eggs, hard boiled and shelled
Directions
Fry the garlic and butter in a large saucepan until soft. Add flour, curry and either water or the liquid drained from the canned vegetables to the pot until it is about 1/3 full. (About 3-4cups). Stir until thickened. Add 1-2 bouillion cubes. Add salt, and canned vegetables. Add boiled and shelled eggs whole to the pot. Serve with rice and cut-up fruit.
