Cranberry walnut bread

Ingredients
4 tbsp unsalted butter, meltedcooking spray for pan1 cup AP flour1 cup whole wheat flour1 1/2 tsp. baking powder1/2 tsp. baking soda1 tsp. salt1 large egg lightly beaten3/4 cup skim milk1/2 bag of cranberries1/2 cup chopped black walnuts1 tbsp. sugar
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees, butter and flour a 9x5" loaf pan and set aside. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, blown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt; set aside. In a medium bowl, combine butter, egg, and milk. Add wet mixture to dry mixture, and whisk to combine; fold in cranberries and walnuts.

2. Pour batter into prepared pan; sprinkle top with sugar, if desired. Bake until a toothpick inserted in center of loaf comes out clean, about 1 hour and 15 minutes. Transfer pan t o a wire rack; let bread cool 30 minutes, Invert onto rack, then immediately turn right side up to let cool completely.
