Easy Low Calorie Quiche

Ingredients
7 Large Eggs 3/4 cup 1% cottage cheese 1/3 cup Cheddar cheeseAdd whatever ingredients you like. Ex frozen spinach, broccoli, mushrooms, ham, onions, garlic ect.
Directions
Mix 7 Large Eggs, 3/4 cup 1% cottage cheese. Then add whatever ingredients you like. Ex: frozen spinach, broccoli, mushrooms, ham, onions. Season as you like with papper, slat and garlic.

Pour into a pie dish. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes until top is at a low brown. Top with 1/3 cup 2% Sharp Cheddar Cheese. Bake for another 10 minutes. Serves 8 and makes a great quick breakfast item for days, just heat it up and go.
