Soy Flour, 1 cup, stirredWhole Wheat Flour, 1 cup All Purpose Flour 2 cup Oat Flour, 1 cupQuinoa Flour, 1 cup Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 1 tbsp Egg, fresh, 2 medium Water, tap, 1 cup Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Vanilla, 1 cupLight Margarine, 4 tbsp Yeast, bakers, 1.5 tsp.Granulated Sugar, .5 cup Salt, 1.5 tsp
In a pan melt butter into milk and water DO NOT BOIL add to bread machine then add the rest in this order Sifted Flours, flaxseed meal, sugar, salt making a small cup shape in top of flour to place yeast and add eggs to side not touching the yeast. set machine to dough setting after it finishes 1.5 hours divide dough into 2 parts and place in greased bread pans and let rise again for 30 mins then bake for 20-30 mins or until golden brown on top Soy flour may cause to brown faster. Should make around 30-32 slices more or less depends on how you slice it.
