3 Skinless Chicken Breast sliced1 14.5oz can of Organic Diced Tomatoes1 Jar Curry Sauce (Fill Jar 4 Times with Water and add to the Recipe)1 Cup uncooked Brown Rice1 Tbsp Curry Powder
Directions
Makes 6 -1 and a half cup servings. The Brown Rice is actually 1 and a half cups of uncooked brown rice, but to get the accurate calorie count I put it in the cooked amount.
