Hot Bacon Slaw

Ingredients
2 slices baconpinch red pepper flakes1/2 head cabbage, chopped or shredded1 T brown sugar1/8 cup balsamic vinegar
Directions
Makes 4 servings

Fry bacon until crisp, remove and set aside. Add pepper flakes and cabbage to same pan and fry until done to your taste.

Mix brown sugar and vinegar, pour over cabbage and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Crumble bacon and sprinkle on top.
